There are currently may people looking for jobs in Glendale and throughout the greater Phoenix area. Maybe you’re wondering what network engineer jobs Tempe has to offer. Or maybe you’re considering the various nursing jobs available.

Whatever your path, an upcoming workshop may be able to help you find the job you want.

The final workshop of the “Career Path Series” will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. December 6th at the main branch of the Glendale Public Library. The free series is aimed at helping job seekers stay focused on their own job search by defining, planning, and finding the jobs that best fit with their skill sets, interests, and talents.

The last workshop, entitled “Follow up and Evaluate Your Progress”, will teach job seekers the strategies they need to connect with an organization’s decision makers and the tools needed to measure and monitor their own career search strategy.

The series is being presented by Katreena Hayes-Wood, consultant, author and career development specialist, of Career Services Network, LLC. She previously serviced on the committee for the Arizona Department of Education and wrote three best-selling books and four career development workbooks.

Hayes-Wood was recently named as one of the Top 10 National Business Women by the American Business Women’s Association and received the Make-a-Difference Award from the Association for Career and Technical Education of Arizona.
